Raises the sheriff's fee for taking bonds (including bail bonds) from $25.00 to $40.00

Increases fees for serving notices related to levy of execution on judgments and attachment/garnishment proceedings from $45.00 to $55.00

Raises sheriff's fee for serving tax sale redemption notices from $45.00 to $55.00 for both initial and second notices

Takes effect July 1, 2026
