Extends the maximum duration for limited institutional medical licenses from 5 years to 8 years for foreign medical college graduates practicing in Mississippi state institutions

Creates a new limited license pathway for internationally trained physicians (ITPs) who have at least 5 years of post-residency practice experience abroad, requiring them to practice in rural or medically underserved areas after the first year

ITPs can obtain a full unrestricted license after practicing under the limited license for at least 2 years and completing all three steps of the USMLE examination

Establishes a limited license for U.S. medical school graduates who fail to match with residency programs, valid for up to 2 years, requiring a supervisory practice agreement and restricting practice to counties with populations under 50,000

Medical graduate licensees must disclose to patients that they have not completed residency training and must practice only in the specialty of their supervising physician
