Standardizes terminology throughout the Mississippi Dyslexia Therapy Scholarship program statute to consistently reference "department-approved Orton-Gillingham based dyslexia therapy training programs"

Adds the word "therapy" to one definition to clarify that licensed dyslexia therapists must complete an approved dyslexia therapy training program, not just a general dyslexia training program

Maintains existing requirements for dyslexia therapist licensure, including 200 hours of coursework and 700 hours of clinical work monitored by a Qualified Instructor

Preserves scholarship eligibility for students in grades 1-12 diagnosed with dyslexia to attend public schools other than their assigned school or state-accredited nonpublic special purpose schools

Makes no substantive changes to program funding, student eligibility criteria, or therapist qualification standards beyond standardizing terminology
