Provides each school bus driver in Mississippi with an annual salary supplement of $5,000

Amends Section 37-151-85 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, which governs transportation funding and allotments for school districts

Maintains existing minimum monthly pay of $190 for nonstudent adult school bus drivers while adding the new supplement on top

Effective date is July 1, 2026
