Enacts the Interstate Dental and Dental Hygiene Licensure Compact, allowing Mississippi to join with other states to create expedited licensure portability for dentists and dental hygienists across member states

Establishes eligibility requirements for compact license privileges, including graduation from CODA-approved schools, passage of ADEX examinations, clean disciplinary history, no criminal convictions (other than traffic offenses), and no active investigations

Creates the Interstate Dental and Dental Hygiene Compact Licensure Commission with two voting commissioners per member state to oversee administration, promulgate rules, maintain a clearinghouse for adverse actions, and coordinate enforcement

Waives all compact fees for active-duty military members and their spouses for up to one year after separation from service, and allows transfer of military training records without fees

Requires compact license privilege holders to comply with laws of the state where they practice, and provides that adverse actions taken by any member state dental board automatically subject the licensee to similar discipline in other member states
