Allows temporary early voting locations near public transportation stops, rural communities, and college campuses to expand voter access beyond registrar offices

Permits pre-processing and scanning of early voting ballots before Election Day, though tabulation results cannot be released until polls close on Election Day

Prohibits ballot harvesting, unsupervised ballot drop boxes, and mail-in/absentee voting except for reasons already permitted under Mississippi Election Code, while narrowing absentee ballot eligibility categories
