Requires Mississippi registrars to verify voter applicants flagged as potential non-citizens through the federal SAVE (Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements) database operated by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

Applicants flagged by SAVE must provide proof of citizenship (birth certificate, passport, naturalization documents) within 30 days or be placed in "PENDING" status and limited to casting affidavit ballots

Pending voters who fail to provide citizenship proof by the second federal general election after notification will have their registration marked as "REJECTED"

Secretary of State must conduct annual SAVE database checks against state voter rolls at least 180 days before federal elections, with removals prohibited during the 90 days immediately preceding federal elections

All personally identifiable information collected through SAVE verification is exempt from Mississippi's Public Records Act, and the Secretary of State must submit annual reports to the Legislature on flagged and removed registrants
