Designates Compass Datacenters JAN I, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the purchaser or lessee of the property and improvements

Requires the sale price to be at least fair market value, determined by averaging two appraisals from certified appraisers licensed by the Mississippi Real Estate Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board, with at least one appraiser selected by the Department of Public Safety

Compass Datacenters JAN I, LLC must pay all closing costs related to the property acquisition

All proceeds from the sale or lease must be deposited into the State General Fund
