Creates the Mississippi Horse Racing Task Force to analyze gaming, pari-mutuel wagering on horse racing, economic development, and growing the equine industry in the state.

Task force consists of 12 members co-chaired by the House and Senate Gaming Committee Chairs, with members from the Gaming Commission, Development Authority, Department of Agriculture, casino operators, and equine industry representatives.

Members must be appointed within 30 days of the act's effective date, with the first meeting held within 60 days; members serve without compensation.

PEER Committee must submit a final report with findings, conclusions, and recommendations to the Legislature by December 15, 2026.

Brings forward existing Mississippi Code sections related to gaming licensing, wagering contracts, and betting prohibitions for possible future amendment.
