Requires lottery proceeds to be appropriated to the Mississippi Veterans' Affairs Board to support veterans' programs in Mississippi, with game tickets clearly stating that proceeds benefit veterans

Mandates the Lottery Corporation to continuously make tickets available, regularly update game designs to remain competitive, and market the game to inform the public about its purpose

Prohibits any organization involved in illegal gambling from receiving funds and takes effect July 1, 2026
