Requires agency contracts exceeding $600 in value to be reviewed by the educational institution's compliance department before execution

Preserves the 14-day cancellation period for agency contracts, during which student-athletes can cancel without paying any consideration or returning inducements received from the agent

Mandates that both student-athletes and athlete agents notify the athletic director within 72 hours of entering an agency contract

Takes effect July 1, 2026
