Extends the July 1, 2026 repeal date for five Mississippi Code sections governing youth court record confidentiality, intake procedures, the Youth Court Support Program funding mechanism, the Division of Youth Services Office of Community Services, and sex offender restrictions on accessing youth court data systems

Maintains existing confidentiality rules for youth court records, allowing disclosure only by court order for specific purposes including child welfare, public safety, and identifying false abuse allegations

Preserves the Youth Court Support Fund with $2.5 million annual legislative appropriations to compensate intake officers responsible for entering case data into the Mississippi Youth Court Information Delivery System (MYCIDS)

Continues requirements for youth court intake officers to receive minimum six hours annual MYCIDS training and for judges/referees to complete continuing education in juvenile justice to receive support funds

Retains prohibition on registered sex offenders accessing the MYCIDS youth court data management system regardless of conviction date
