Extends the repeal date for the State and School Employees Health Insurance Management Board's authority to collect premium payments from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2030

The board may assess active full-time employees up to $20.00 per month toward their health insurance premium

State provides 100% health insurance cost for employees hired before January 1, 2006, while employees hired on or after that date receive 100% of a basic coverage level and may pay for additional benefits

Applies to state agencies, local school districts, colleges, universities, community/junior colleges, and public libraries

Effective date is July 1, 2026
