Expands circuit court original jurisdiction over juveniles to include violent crimes committed while possessing any firearm, felony violations of carrying concealed weapons (Section 97-37-17), and felonies committed while possessing a stolen firearm

Increases penalties for selling, delivering, or transferring stolen firearms to minors under 18 to 10-20 years imprisonment

Creates enhanced penalties of 10-30 years if a sold stolen firearm is later used in a violent crime, and 10-40 years if used in murder, attempted murder, or child homicide

Establishes new felony offense for willfully shooting into a group of two or more people, punishable by 5-15 years imprisonment and/or up to $10,000 fine

Enhances shooting-into-group penalties to 5-20 years for protected locations (churches, schools, courthouses, parks), 5-30 years if minors are present, and 10-30 years if the offender is a gang or terrorist organization member
