Appropriates $37,697,472 from the General Fund and $49,111,907 from the State Treasury for the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027).

Authorizes 296 total employee positions (295 permanent, 1 time-limited) with $25,979,117 allocated for personal services including salaries, wages, and fringe benefits.

Allocates $6,155,363 from the Tort Claims Trust Fund for administration of the Tort Claims Act, $21,351,906 for State Property Insurance, and $1,810,227 as a grant to Mississippi Home Corporation for housing assistance for individuals with disabilities or serious mental illnesses.

Appropriates $176,347,972 total for the Broadband Expansion and Accessibility of Mississippi (BEAM) program, including $433,500 from the General Fund and $175,914,472 from the State Treasury, with 6 permanent staff positions authorized.

Provides $47,260 for the Mississippi Commission on the Status of Women and requires detailed accounting records, compliance with the Variable Compensation Plan, and prohibits using general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds.
