Appropriates $8,161,869 from the State General Fund for Alcorn State University Agricultural Research, Extension, and Land-Grant Programs for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027)

Authorizes an additional $335,000 from the Education Enhancement Fund, with $170,000 designated for agency operations and $165,000 for the Poultry Sciences Academic Research Center

Allocates $300,000 from general funds specifically for the Poultry Sciences Academic Research Center

Provides $715,000 for Agricultural Research and Extension programs including poultry science, animal science, and environmental science

Prohibits use of general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds previously used for salaries
