Appropriates $190,004,192 from the State General Fund and authorizes $2,224,662,021 from patient fees, student fees, and other special sources for the University of Mississippi Medical Center for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027).

Funds support the School of Medicine, School of Dentistry, School of Nursing, School of Health Related Professions, School of Population Health, Teaching Hospital, and Medical Center Service Area.

Allocates $7,333,029 from the Education Enhancement Fund for education activities, Rural Physicians Scholarship Program ($340,000), and Rural Dentists Scholarship Program ($105,000), with additional scholarship funding totaling $2,170,000 for rural physicians and $420,000 for rural dentists.

Provides dedicated funding for specialized programs including $9,000,000 for the Cancer Institute, $3,000,000 for the MIND Center, $1,349,998 for the Children's Safe Center for abused and neglected children, and $595,000 for the Comprehensive Tobacco Center.

Prohibits use of appropriated funds for research that kills or destroys human embryos and requires state agencies receiving medical services to reimburse the hospital within 90 days or face service discontinuation.
