Appropriates $5,815,481 from the State General Fund and $62,342,930 from the State Treasury for administrative expenses of the Mississippi Community College Board for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027)

Allocates $50,831,802 for the Workforce Education Program and Industrial Training, requiring all commitments be approved by the Executive Director and based only on training services provided rather than specific funding amounts

Provides $542,459 for the Greenville Higher Education Center and $37,626 for geospatial site licenses

Authorizes 43 permanent positions and transfers $30,000,000 from the Mississippi Department of Education for managing postsecondary career and technical education operations

Reappropriates $375,000 from the Education Enhancement Fund to reimburse community colleges for High School Equivalency test fees (GED and HiSET), with the condition that individuals taking the test cannot be charged any fees
