Appropriates $891,741 from the State General Fund and $27,268 from the Commission's treasury account to the Mississippi Commission on Judicial Performance for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027)

Authorizes 6 permanent positions with no time-limited positions for the Commission

Allocates $140,000 specifically for employing a qualified attorney to audit, investigate, and monitor Youth Courts operations

Prohibits salary increases for the current Commission director without legislative authorization and caps any new director's salary at the level of a chancellor

Requires the Commission to maintain detailed accounting and personnel records comparable to fiscal year 2026 and submit budget requests in the same format
