Appropriates $165,175,650 from the State General Fund and $111,469,804 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi Department of Public Safety for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027).

Authorizes 1,685 permanent positions and 66 time-limited positions, with total personal services funding of $152,983,366, including $4,189,954 designated for vacancy funding to fill unfilled positions.

Requires the Mississippi Department of Transportation to provide $5,000,000 to support the Commercial Transportation Enforcement Division operations.

Establishes performance targets including a 5% decrease in highway fatalities, 68,000 criminal investigations, 674,506 driver's licenses/ID cards issued, 1,200 autopsies performed, and 6,000,000 trucks weighed.

Prohibits use of funds for quota-based speed limit citations and restricts fund transfers for public relations activities at other state agencies.
