Appropriates $367,353,926 to the Office of State Aid Road Construction of the Mississippi Department of Transportation for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027)

Allocates $55,000,000 specifically for replacement of structurally deficient bridges through the Local System Bridge Program (LSBP)

Authorizes 54 permanent employee positions with $5,351,418 for personal services including salaries, wages, and fringe benefits

Sets performance targets including 85 bridges replaced or repaired, 75 state aid projects let to contract, and maintaining administrative costs at or below 5% of construction costs

Allows up to $500,000 in reimbursements from the Mississippi Development Authority for engineering services provided to political subdivisions, plus $50,000 for Project Poppy expediting services
