Appropriates $9,545,229 from the State General Fund and authorizes $18,998,335 from special source funds for the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027).

Authorizes 215 permanent and 13 time-limited employee positions with total personal services funding of $14,954,881, including $14,829,744 for salaries, wages, and fringe benefits.

Allocates $1,100,000 for the Beaver Control Program, with funding derived from the Mississippi Department of Transportation ($650,000), State Forestry Commission ($200,000), and county participation fees up to $7,500 per county.

Provides $685,350 for State Fairgrounds repairs and renovations including asphalt, barn lighting, and plumbing, plus $375,000 for elevator repairs at the Kirk Fordice Equine Center.

Includes $74,805 for the Mississippi Egg Marketing Board, $400,000 for the Mississippi Healthy Food and Families Program matching funds, and $30,000 for the Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Pilot Program serving seniors over 60 at 130% of poverty level.
