Appropriates $15,124,840 from the State General Fund and authorizes $24,055,833 from special source funds for the Mississippi Secretary of State's Office for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027)

Authorizes 96 permanent and 11 time-limited employee positions with $7,820,297 allocated for personal services including salaries, wages, and fringe benefits

Dedicates $1,000,000 for cybersecurity and election integrity expenses, $1,108,000 for the Statewide Elections Management System replacement and support, and $500,000 for county voting system bond payments

Transfers $18,090,440 from the Public Trust Tidelands Fund to the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources and allocates $4,215,393 from the Elections Support Fund for voting equipment acquisition and maintenance

Reappropriates $2,186,988 from a 2025 First Extraordinary Session authorization for systems updates and upgrades
