Amends Section 27-65-111 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, which governs miscellaneous sales tax exemptions for nonprofit and charitable organizations

Adds Beauvoir to a list of over 50 existing exemptions that includes hospitals, schools, museums, zoos, charitable organizations like the Salvation Army, and various Mississippi-specific nonprofits

Effective date is July 1, 2026
