Appropriates $10,000,000 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Department of Education for fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027)

Funds designated for sensory supports, rooms, and equipment for students with documented needs in their Individualized Education Program (IEP) or 504 Plan

Requires the Department of Education to develop rules and regulations mandating public school districts provide these accommodations using best practices for design, supervision, and evaluation of facilities

Takes effect July 1, 2026
