Appropriates $10,000,000 in special funds to the Mississippi Department of Employment Security for Summer Youth Employment Programs statewide for fiscal year 2027

Fiscal year covered runs from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027

Requires that 25 high school students from Mound Bayou be employed through programs funded by this appropriation

Funds will be disbursed through warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer upon requisition from authorized department officials

Effective date is July 1, 2026
