Appropriates $5,200,000 from the State General Fund to the City of Horn Lake, Mississippi for infrastructure projects in fiscal year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027)

Allocates $1,000,000 each for construction of a new Horn Lake Community Center and a replacement Fire Station Number 1

Dedicates $750,000 for sewer and drainage improvements, $500,000 for street repair and resurfacing, and $600,000 for a modern public works facility

Provides $250,000 for water infrastructure hardening, $250,000 for traffic signal mast arms and uniform street signage, and $200,000 for sidewalk expansion

Includes $300,000 for a centralized environmental waste disposal facility, $200,000 for public works equipment replacement, and $150,000 for residential park improvements
