Allocates $2,500,000 for upgrades and repairs to the city electric system damaged by a recent winter storm

Allocates $275,000 for necessary repairs to the city library

Allocates $500,000 for necessary upgrades to the water and sewer system

Funds to be disbursed by the State Treasurer upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer
