Urges all Mississippi local law enforcement agencies to enter into 287(g) agreements with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to assist with immigration enforcement

References Executive Order 14159 ("Protecting the American People Against Invasion") as justification for increased state and local cooperation with federal immigration authorities

Describes three 287(g) program models available: Jail Enforcement Model for processing removable aliens with criminal charges, Task Force Model for routine police duties, and Warrant Service Officer Program for executing administrative warrants

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to all local law enforcement entities in Mississippi and make it available to the Capitol Press Corps

Cites the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (Section 287(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act) as the legal authority for delegating immigration enforcement functions to state and local officers
