Allocates $3,544,750 for bridge projects in six counties including Lewis and Clark, Madison, Park, Powder River, Wibaux, and Missoula counties

Provides $10 million from the Montana Coal Endowment Regional Water System Special Revenue Account to the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation for the state's four regional water authorities

Sets aside $150,000 for emergency infrastructure grants and $1,500,000 for infrastructure planning grants to local governments

Requires grant recipients to complete specified conditions by September 1, 2026, for legislative review, with all grant obligations ceasing if conditions are not met by September 30, 2028; effective date is July 1, 2025
