Directs the Code Commissioner to correct erroneous references and clarify language throughout the Montana Code Annotated from the 69th Legislature and previous legislatures

Requires the Code Commissioner to add new legislative reports required under Section 5-11-210 to the appropriate interim committee listings in Section 5-11-222, and to remove reports when references are repealed, stricken, or terminated

Makes technical corrections across 28 sections of Montana law, including fixing bracketed references, correcting cross-references to other code sections, and removing obsolete language

Updates terminology throughout various statutes, such as changing "board of private security" to "department of labor and industry" for process server registration and replacing "statewide" with "state" for the telecommunications network

Removes outdated definitions and provisions, including striking the "garbage feeder" definition from livestock regulations and eliminating references to the missing indigenous persons review commission from certain reporting requirements
