Amends Montana's Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunity for Military Children to update U.S. Code citations from specific sections (10 U.S.C. 12301(d) and 12304) to broader chapter references (Title 10, chapters 1209 and 1211)

Changes the state's annual assessment cap from a fixed $2 per-student amount to a per-student amount determined by the Interstate Commission, multiplied by the number of children in military families in Montana

Removes the $5,000 annual cap on state expenditures for withdrawal or dissolution costs, allowing the Interstate Commission to determine these amounts

Updates withdrawal liability provisions from a maximum of $2 per student to the per-student amount set by the Interstate Commission

Takes effect immediately upon passage and approval
