Defines "sex" based on chromosomes, gonads, and genitalia present at birth, explicitly excluding psychological, behavioral, or subjective gender identity from the definition

Prohibits individuals from entering restrooms, changing rooms, or sleeping quarters designated for the opposite sex, with exceptions for custodial services, medical assistance, law enforcement, and emergencies

Creates a private cause of action allowing individuals to sue covered entities for declaratory relief, injunctive relief, nominal damages, and attorney fees if they encounter someone of the opposite sex in a designated facility or are required to share sleeping quarters with someone of the opposite sex

Statute of limitations for civil actions is 2 years; effective immediately upon passage and approval
