Expands eligibility for school district election judges from residents of the specific school district to any qualified registered elector in the county when the county election administrator conducts the election pursuant to 20-20-417

Maintains existing prohibition on election judges being the candidate, a close relative (parent, child, sibling), or spouse of a candidate or their close relatives

Requires school election judges to continue meeting training and certification requirements under section 13-4-203

Effective immediately upon passage and approval
