Restricts the Fish and Wildlife Commission from closing mule deer buck hunting during the general rifle season in more than 20% of hunting districts statewide in any given season

Limits closures in any single hunting district to no more than 2 years within a 6-year period

Prohibits closing mule deer buck hunting in any district prior to November 6, preserving hunting during the rut period

Exempts any district restrictions on mule deer buck hunting that were already in place prior to December 1, 2024

Designated as the "November Mule Deer Buck Hunt Protection Act" to preserve Montana's longstanding tradition of hunting mule deer bucks during the November rut season
