Increases the hunting access fee portion of the nonresident license from $10 to $90

Hunting access fees must be used by the department to fund programs authorized under MCA 87-1-265

Resident base hunting license fee remains unchanged at $10, with $2 allocated to hunting access programs

Base hunting license is required annually before applying for any other hunting license or Class A-2 special bow and arrow license
