Applies inflationary adjustments to Montana's school funding formula components for fiscal year 2026 and succeeding fiscal years, amending Section 20-9-306, MCA

Increases high school district basic entitlements from $353,787 to $364,401 (FY2026) and $375,333 (FY2027+) for districts with 800 or fewer ANB (average number belonging)

Raises elementary school district basic entitlements from $58,963 to $60,732 (FY2026) and $62,554 (FY2027+) for districts with 250 or fewer ANB

Adjusts per-ANB entitlement rates, including high school maximum rates from $8,075 to $8,317 (FY2026) and $8,567 (FY2027+), and elementary rates from $6,307 to $6,496 (FY2026) and $6,691 (FY2027+)

Increases various categorical payments including quality educator payment ($3,673 to $3,783 in FY2026), American Indian achievement gap payment ($242 to $249), Indian education for all payment ($24.63 to $25.37), and special education allocation ($302.55 to $311.63 per ANB), effective July 1, 2025
