Eliminates the requirement for chief election judges to post a list of absentee voters' names in a conspicuous location at polling places on election day

Changes the election administrator's obligation from providing a certificate to election judges to simply keeping a record of absentee ballot information subject to retention schedules

Removes the requirement for election judges to reference a certificate from the election administrator when recording voter names in the pollbook

Amends Montana Code Annotated sections 13-13-233 and 13-13-234 regarding absentee ballot procedures

Effective immediately upon passage and approval
