Permits judges and judicial candidates to attend political events and purchase tickets for dinners sponsored by partisan or independent candidates for nonjudicial offices

Allows judges and judicial candidates to seek, accept, and use endorsements from political organizations or nonjudicial officeholders and candidates

Authorizes judges and judicial candidates campaigning with party designations to make speeches on behalf of political organizations, publicly endorse nonjudicial candidates, and solicit funds or contribute to political organizations

Enables judicial candidates to publicly self-identify as candidates of a political organization when permitted by law to campaign with a party designation

Includes a severability clause ensuring valid portions of the act remain in effect if any part is found invalid
