Updates the Montana School for the Deaf and Blind's statutory language to describe students as those who "require specialized support to develop their full educational potential" rather than those who "cannot be successfully taught" in public schools

Revises disability definitions in election law to replace "impaired hearing" with "being deaf or hard of hearing"

Changes interpreter services policy language from describing deaf individuals as "unable to readily understand or communicate" to those who "may require accommodations"

Amends health insurance coverage statutes to reference "children who are deaf or hard of hearing" instead of "children with hearing loss" while maintaining the same coverage requirements for diagnosis and treatment
