Expands the list of health care providers protected from non-compete contract restrictions by adding naturopathic physicians licensed under Title 37, chapter 26

Updates statutory references for social workers, professional counselors, addiction counselors, marriage and family therapists, and behavioral health peer support specialists to reflect their consolidation under Title 37, chapter 39

Prohibits employment, partnership, or professional contracts from restricting covered providers' ability to practice in any geographic area, treat current patients, or solicit patients after termination

Exception retained for contracts related to the sale and purchase of a practice

Effective immediately upon passage and applies to contracts made or renewed after the effective date
