Prohibits hunting game birds, game animals, or fur-bearing animals within 24 hours of using an aircraft to locate wildlife (increased from same-calendar-day restriction), reverting to same-calendar-day rule on January 1, 2027

Bans possession of unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) while hunting or attempting to hunt game birds, game animals, or fur-bearing animals

Increases minimum fines tenfold: general violations from $300 to $3,000; violations involving deer, elk, bear, and other large game from $500 to $5,000; fur-bearing animal violations from $100 to $1,000

Standardizes license revocation periods at 36 months for all violations (previously ranged from 24-30 months depending on offense)

Adds exemption for aircraft use when supporting agricultural operations, alongside existing exemptions for emergencies, search and rescue, and predator control
