Expands eligibility for wolf hunting/trapping cost reimbursements from only licensed hunters and trappers to all individuals who lawfully harvest wolves under Montana law

Removes the requirement that a person must hold a specific wolf hunting or trapping license to receive reimbursement for wolf harvest-related expenses

Maintains existing prohibitions on prizes, gifts, or anything of value for taking game animals, with exceptions for single game bird/fur-bearer prizes based on size, quality, or rarity

Preserves the $50 cap on monetary prizes for game animal contests based on size or weight, with an exemption for Boone and Crockett trophy recognition

Retains penalties for violations: fines of $50-$1,000, up to 6 months imprisonment, and potential forfeiture of hunting/fishing/trapping licenses and state land recreational privileges
