Allows businesses to accept digital versions of government or tribal-issued identification (in addition to physical IDs) for verifying age when selling alcohol, tobacco, and marijuana products

Requires sellers of tobacco, alternative nicotine, and vapor products to accept either physical or digital driver's licenses or other photo identification when verifying a buyer is 18 or older

Mandates that businesses scanning physical or digital IDs must use the data only for age verification, cannot sell or transfer the data, and must permanently delete all scan data within 180 days

Prohibits the Department of Revenue from requiring marijuana consumers to provide any identifying information beyond physical or digital government-issued ID for age verification
