Required disclosures include total hospitalizations and deaths related to the emergency, broken down by six age cohorts (0-4, 5-17, 18-34, 35-49, 50-64, 65+) and gender

Data must include hospitalization duration, date of death, and underlying conditions that may have contributed to hospitalization or death

Department must disclose personal characteristics or conditions causally connected to mortality or morbidity associated with the emergency for deceased individuals

Department may alter reporting methods or withhold specific information if disclosure would compromise individual privacy
