Requires the Fish and Wildlife Commission to set wolf harvest quotas of 2 wolves with a bag limit of 1 wolf per hunter within 15 miles of Yellowstone National Park borders

Requires identical quotas of 2 wolves with a 1-wolf bag limit within 15 miles of Glacier National Park borders, with illegally harvested wolves counting against both quotas

Extends the wolf hunting season to end concurrently with the spring bear hunting season, rather than the previous end date

Prohibits the Commission from closing areas adjacent to national parks to wolf hunting or trapping unless harvest quotas for that area have been met

Amends Section 87-1-304, MCA, governing seasons, bag limits, and possession limits for game animals
