Grants the Montana Department of Labor and Industry authority to adopt uniform rules establishing procedures for contested administrative cases across all licensing boards and department programs

Requires the department to adopt rules ensuring compliance with public notice requirements for disciplinary hearings under sections 37-1-311 and 37-1-405

Allows rules to limit public website postings to only the licensee's name and the fact that a hearing is being held, prior to a final decision resulting in license suspension or revocation

Amends Section 37-1-101, MCA, which outlines the department's duties regarding professional and occupational licensing boards
