Amends Section 2-15-156, MCA to revise county assignments between District 1 and District 2 for gubernatorial appointments to the Board of Public Education, Board of Regents, Coal Board, and Hard-Rock Mining Impact Board

Removes Jefferson, Broadwater, Park, Sweet Grass, Stillwater, and Carbon counties from District 1 and reassigns them to District 2

Removes Glacier County from District 2 and assigns it exclusively to District 1

Current board members serving at the effective date are not displaced; new district boundaries apply only to vacancies arising after the act takes effect
