Expands Montana's child endangerment statute (45-5-622, MCA) to include fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine alongside the existing methamphetamine provisions

Makes it a crime to produce or manufacture fentanyl, heroin, or cocaine in locations where children may be present, including residences, outdoor areas, hotels, and multi-unit buildings

Prohibits causing or permitting a child to inhale, be exposed to, have contact with, or ingest fentanyl, heroin, or cocaine, as well as exposure to drug paraphernalia used for injection, ingestion, or inhalation of these substances

Felony conviction under these provisions carries up to 5 years in state prison and up to $10,000 fine; if a child suffers serious bodily injury, penalties increase to up to 10 years imprisonment and $25,000 fine
