Appropriates $27,200,000 from the General Fund to the Department of Public Health and Human Services Health Facilities Division for fiscal year ending June 30, 2025

Appropriates $21,801,470 to the Department of Corrections Public Safety Division and $12,500,000 to the Office of State Public Defender Conflict Division from the General Fund

Allocates $4,067,348 to Montana Highway Patrol and $4,167,744 to the Legal Services Division within the Department of Justice from the General Fund

Provides $3,870,205 from State Special funds to the State Auditor's Insurance Division and $1,450,000 total to the Department of Fish, Wildlife, & Parks

Unspent appropriation balances revert to the appropriate fund at fiscal year end; effective immediately upon passage and approval
